President and Chief Executive Officer
Bob Olson helps financial institutions reach their growth, expense management and revenue objectives through Carretek’s global sourcing strategies. He is also an Executive Vice President of Carreker Corporation. In this capacity, Bob has responsibility for maintaining collaborative relationships with Carreker’s financial institution clients to solve key business challenges. Bob has more than 25 years of executive-level experience with financial institutions, working in their operations, technology and business areas.

Carretek Director
A co-founder of Mastek, Ketan Mehta is responsible for Mastek’s acquisitions, alliances and joint ventures, and Business Process Outsourcing division. He has played a leading role in the firm’s joint ventures with Deloitte Consulting and Carreker Corporation. An MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Ketan's background includes software engineering and human resources management of software professionals in a service organization. He has more than 24 years of professional experience in IT and business process outsourcing services.

Business Strategist and Architect
Jag Dalal is a Certified Outsourcing Professional (IAOP) and provides support to business solutions development efforts for Carretek. In this role, he works closely with Carretek’s BPO and IT clients to design successful offshore outsourcing strategies. Mr. Dalal has an extensive background in information technology and business process outsourcing. In 2002 he formed JDalal Associates, LLC, a firm that specializes in consulting with an emphasis on the offshore advantages for outsourcing. His leadership in establishing outsourcing practices for some of the world’s largest professional services companies allow him to bring a valuable perspective to Carretek engagements. Jag was previously a vice president of e-Business and CIO for Carrier Corporation, Xerox, Unisys, Data General and a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers. At PwC, he was responsible for the largest BPO deal recorded to date when Nortel Networks outsourced its Human Resources and Procurement functions under a $630M, 5-year agreement. Recognized as a thought leader in outsourcing and offshoring, Mr. Dalal has received numerous awards and recognitions for his expertise in this area.

Carretek Product and Account Manager
Rick Ostrander is a seasoned offshore outsourcing consultant who has specialized in reducing risk in offshore outsourcing initiatives. As an associate of JDalal Associates, he advised both buyers and sellers regarding near and offshore BPO and application development and maintenance services. His clients were primarily in the financial services sector with its inherent regulatory concerns of data protection and privacy. Rick was also a global partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was involved in establishing the firm's global business processing outsourcing line of service.

EVP, Carretek BPO Delivery
For more than 18 years, K. Sridhar has managed organizations providing business process outsourcing (BPO) services to multinational banks, financial services companies, Telecom service providers and Insurance service providers in both international and domestic markets. Prior to joining Mastek, he was a board member responsible for delivery in an offshore outsourcing services company. A chartered accountant by profession, Sridar has extensive experience creating and managing teams to deliver complex processes, as well as setting up the related infrastructure and technology for delivery.
